Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sanad HR platform (hrartsa.com and the Sanad HR mobile application), operated by Mawarid Manpower Company, registered in Saudi Arabia and listed on Tadawul under ticker 1833 ("we", "us", "Sanad HR").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Sanad HR

Sanad HR is a business application provided to employers (Customers) and their employees. Each company subscribes to Sanad HR under a separate commercial agreement. Employees access Sanad HR because their employer has enabled their account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your employer to use the Service.

Sanad HR is provided at the request of your employer. Your employer decides which features are enabled, what data is collected, and how it is used. Questions about your HR data, salary, attendance, or leave should be raised with your employer first.

Sanad HR acts as a Data Processor for your employer (the Data Controller) for most personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Sanad HR platform, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by Mawarid Manpower Company and protected by Saudi and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

6. Subscriptions and payment

Employees do not pay to use Sanad HR; their employer pays the subscription. Pricing terms are governed by the separate commercial agreement between Mawarid Manpower and the employer.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, security updates, and feature releases that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service, respond to regulatory changes, or maintain security. Material changes will be communicated to your employer.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, neither Sanad HR nor Mawarid Manpower Company shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Riyadh.
